GRAPEFRUIT PEEL POWDER
The lemons, oranges and grapefruits are harvested in the Cukurova region during the peak season. The citrus fruit is then washed and peeled. The peels are dried in closed furnaces at a temperature where volatile oils, minerals and vitamins are not
disturbed. In order to make powder they are machine grinded. These powders are used in the food and beverage industry as a flavor enhancer.
