The peel of citrus grown in the Eastern Mediterranean Region are generally dried using the conventional sun-dry method. We wanted to find a new way to dry these fruit peels in a more controlled hygienic environment, and found the most suitable place in terms of logistics, was to start operations in the Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone.
We started production drying mainly citrus peels. After sucess with the peels we decided to get creative and began drying other fruits and vegetables.
Our products are washed, peeled, dried, and packaged in completely closed furnaces, allowing us to prevent contamination without any sort of additives. Thanks to this system, are no germs, aflatoxin or molds in the products. Our products are all in accordance with ISO22000 standards and the nutritional values, structures and essential oil qualities of the products do not deteriorate during operations.
Today most dried fruits are imported, and these products contain additives, sugar and other sweeteners. Our aim is to offer the fruits grown in our region to our domestic customers by drying them without any additives and therefore contributing to our country's economy.
