ORANGE PEEL POWDER
The lemon, orange and grapefruits are collected in Cukurova region during the peak season. The peeling process is done after washing. The citrus peels are dried in closed furnaces at temperatures where volatile oils, minerals and vitamins are not disturbed. Grinding machines are used to make them into powder.
Citrus powder is used in the food and beverage industry as a flavor enhancer.
